The EComm Historic Structures Program specializes in the identification, evaluation, analysis, and recordation of historic buildings, structures, sites, districts, and objects.
The program is managed by Thomas Eisenhour, a Registered Architect, who has 30 years of experience in state government and the private sector working with the specialized needs of historic resources. For the past two decades, he has applied his experience to the field of cultural resource management, helping State and Federal agencies to meet their compliance responsibilities under Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended. Mr. Eisenhour previously served on the staff of the Texas Historical Commission and the Texas Department of Transportation's Environmental Division. He is fully qualified to carry out all work relating to historic architecture and architectural history under The Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards (36 CFR Part 61).
